• Preventive care & routine health screenings
• Mental health support (anxiety, depression)

• Administrative support (work notes, EDD forms)
Payment Flexibility: HSA/FSA accepted. Superbills available upon request for potential insurance reimbursement.
MaVie Vitality
Starts at $99/month
Vitality focuses on supporting energy, skin health, hair health, sexual wellness, and metabolic health.

Mukhtar Kohistani is a California-licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of MaVie Clinic, a modern virtual practice dedicated to quality, patient-centered care.
