MaVie Clinic blends primary care with modern preventive and longevity medicine. Through telehealth, we offer personalized care spanning everyday medical needs, mental wellness, metabolic health including FDA-approved weight management treatments, dermatology, and advanced testing, helping patients optimize health today while protecting healthspan for the future.
Clinical Process: Treatment begins with a comprehensive telehealth evaluation to address acute concerns or long-term wellness goals.
Requirements & Eligibility: Our primary care services are designed for proactive health management and personalized medical guidance. Visits are $120 with transparent, flat-rate pricing.
Regulatory Notice: MaVie Clinic is a cash-based practice and does not participate in government-based insurance such as Medicare or Medi-Cal. Services are not available to beneficiaries of these programs.
Primary & Preventive Care
Acute and chronic illness management, specialty referrals, non-controlled medication refills, lab/imaging orders, and results review. Weight and metabolic screening, FDA-approved therapy monitoring, preventive wellness, lifestyle counseling, smoking cessation, functional nutrition, medical documentation, and travel medicine kits.
Acute Sick Visits
Visits for cold, flu and COVID-19, fever, cough and sore throat, sinus infections, earaches, pink eye and eye infections, seasonal allergies, prescriptions and refills, headaches, rashes, sunburns, insect bites, minor burns, lice, scabies, diaper rash, skin and soft-tissue infections, GI symptoms including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation.
Digestive & Gut Health
Acid reflux and GERD, IBS and functional gastrointestinal disorders, chronic constipation and diarrhea, microbiome and gut health evaluation, SIBO testing, stool DNA testing, colorectal cancer screening coordination (Cologuard).
Metabolic & Cardiovascular Health
Obesity and metabolic health counseling, diabetes management, blood pressure and cholesterol management, kidney health screening, fatty liver screening (NAFLD/MASLD), advanced lipid testing (ApoB, Lp(a)), advanced metabolic labs (fasting insulin, HOMA-IR), wearable and fitness data integration, continuous glucose monitor (CGM) prescribing for non-diabetics. FDA-approved semaglutide or tirzepatide (medication not included).
Mental, Sleep & Hormonal Health
Anxiety and depression, insomnia and sleep concerns with non-hormonal sleep therapy, sleep study referrals, menopause and perimenopause non-hormonal support, PCOS and hormonal weight concerns.
Specialty Care: Women’s, Men’s, Skin & Longevity
Birth control, UTI, BV, yeast, STI/STD screening and treatment, libido and sexual wellness, mammogram, erectile dysfunction, hair loss, prostate screening, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, hyperhidrosis, cold sores, shingles, longevity and healthspan planning, advanced biomarker testing, telomere and biological age testing, Galleri cancer screening, light therapy, wellness technology integration.
Patient Financial Policies: Cash-Pay Only: MaVie Clinic does not accept insurance and does not participate in Medicare or Medi-Cal. Medicare & Medi-Cal Notice: We are not enrolled in these programs and cannot provide services to beneficiaries. By booking, you attest that you are not a Medicare or Medi-Cal beneficiary. Insurance & Superbills: We do not bill insurance. Superbills are available upon request for patient records; reimbursement is not guaranteed. HSA/FSA: Itemized receipts provided; HSA/FSA cards accepted. Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable once a visit occurs or a prescription is sent to the pharmacy. Program Requirements: Weight health patients must complete follow-up visits every 28 days for safety and medication titration. Location Requirement: Patients must be physically located in California at the time of the telehealth visit. Exclusions: Schedule II–V controlled substances are not prescribed.
