The Starter Path
(Semaglutide)
A great place to begin medical weight management. Tiers reflect medication dose. Your provider will determine the appropriate tier based on your clinical needs.
Why choose Semaglutide?
Semaglutide mimics the natural GLP-1, helping reduce appetite, control cravings, and support weight loss.
What is GLP-1?
Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) is a natural hormone your body releases from the gut after you eat.
• GLP-1 signals the brain that you are full
• It helps you stay full longer after meals
• This can reduce hunger and food cravings
How is it administered and how often?
Semaglutide is given as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection into the fatty tissue under the skin, typically in the abdomen.
Program Includes
• Initial medical evaluation
• Monthly follow-up visits
• Lifestyle and nutrition guidance
• Medication management
• 4-week supply of compounded semaglutide (when clinically appropriate)
Tiers
• Tier 1 — $89 / month
• Tier 2 — $149 / month
• Tier 3 — $179 / month
• Tier 4 — $199 / month
The Advanced Path
(Tirzepatide)
Enhanced metabolic support for patients seeking stronger weight management. Tiers reflect medication dose. Your provider will determine the appropriate tier based on your clinical needs.
Why choose Tirzepatide?
Tirzepatide activates both GLP-1 and GIP pathways to reduce appetite, control cravings, and support enhanced weight loss.
What are GLP-1 and GIP?
GLP-1 and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) are natural hormones your body releases from the gut after you eat.
• They signal the brain that you are full
• They help you stay full longer after meals
• This can reduce hunger and food cravings
How is it administered and how often?
Tirzepatide is given as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection into the fatty tissue under the skin, typically in the abdomen.
Program Includes
• Initial medical evaluation
• Monthly follow-up visits
• Lifestyle and nutrition guidance
• Medication management
• 4-week supply of compounded tirzepatide (when clinically appropriate)
Tiers
• Tier 1 — $119 / month
• Tier 2 — $199 / month
• Tier 3 — $249 / month
• Tier 4 — $299 / month

If you are unsure, simply book a consultation. During your video visit, we can discuss both options, answer your questions, and determine which pathway may be the best fit for you.
Are there any other fees?
For self-pay patients, the tier pricing represents the total cost. There are no contracts, memberships, shipping fees, or hidden charges. Medicare patients should contact us for details on covered counseling services and self-pay medication options.
How do I receive the medication?
After your medical evaluation video visit, if treatment is appropriate, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy and the medication will be shipped directly to your home including all needed supplies.
